Let God be your hope
Put all your hopes and aspirations in God; let God be your hope and
God's Presence your goal.
Look not to the world to fill your inner needs because the world
cannot feed the soul.
But look to God and draw nigh to His Presence and your soul will be
satisfied.
The world brings strife and turmoil to our soul, but God's
Spirit brings peace.
The world breeds hatred and division, but God's Presence brings
love and unity.
The world brings discouragement and despair, but God's Presence
brings hope and causes our heart to sing of His mercy.
The world brings constant frustration and defeat, but God's
Presence brings inner satisfaction and spiritual victory.
The world offers us nothing, but God offers eternal bliss.
