We can face the sometimes harsh and difficult circumstances of our lives either with a sense of hope and great expectation or with a sense of despair accompanied by the feelings of dread and doom.

Either way we will still have to face the harsh circumstances that are happening or will happen in our lives.

Hope is a beneficial thing to have when faced with difficult situations; whereas despair is not.

Whereas, when we have hope we will not panic, but will proceed with laboring to overcome the problem.
