Abounding in Christ October 31 of Abounding in Christ

The invisible domain of ourselves

There are many things that we do that would be best left undone; and there are many things we do not do that would be best if we did them.

Paul said, For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that I do not; but what I hate, that I do.

Our flesh is weak and our flesh is carnal, sold under sin, bringing us into captivity to the law of sin which exists in our fleshly bodies.

Each of us, who are born of God, has within ourselves an inward man that delights in the law of God, a mind that would serve the law of God; but with our flesh we serve instead the law of sin.

Our biggest battle in the war against sin than; is not external but internal; it is not in the visible but in the invisible domain of ourselves.
