Humility is ever victorious

Let everything be done with the joy of the Lord in your heart (zeal) and let nothing be done with doubt and discouragement.

Victory is a state of mind and not a tangible entity that can be measured by science.

Victory is based on our expectations; what one man perceives as a victory could be perceived as a defeat by another.

Pride goes before a fall; but humility is ever victorious.

A proud man quits when his expectations are not met; but a humble man keeps on laboring in the Lord's vineyards with patience.

Let us then be thankful for all things and not just when our expectations are met. Amen.
