The first Christmas carolers
A long time ago the first Christmas carolers sang their songs so
true.
They sang their Christmas songs for the first time to shepherds and
for you.
Twas a night of chilly cold and a dusting of snow was on the
ground.
Those shepherds sat around their campfires listening to those
carolers sound.
Peace on earth and goodwill toward men they sang with voices so
clear.
Twas the first Christmas and Angels from Heaven were bringing to
those poor shepherds the first Christmas cheer.
Every time you hear Christmas carolers sing think of those Angelic
carolers and the message of hope they did bring.
