©12/08/2002 Jim Welch Scriptural references for: December 08 Verbatim references: None He who has zeal without patience will begin a
new venture filled with enthusiasm; but when the first real difficult
trial is encountered, he will quickly lose his enthusiasm and walk away
from the venture. He who has patience without zeal will find it
hard to begin any new ventures. Despite the fact that he finishes all the
ventures he does begin, he will never find any joy in doing
them. So on one hand, he who has zeal without
patience will never find the joy born of victory and on the other hand
he who has patience without zeal never enjoys the
victory. But, he who has both patience and zeal will
have a life filled with much joy. |
