Each day begins with a beautiful sunrise and ends with a beautiful
sunset.
The sun is always rising somewhere on earth and at the same time
setting somewhere else, all the day long.
Likewise the brightness of God's Light is perpetually dawning in
the life and heart of someone, somewhere; and at the same time setting
in the life and heart of another, all the day long.
God sits on the great circle of the earth and sees men drawing nigh
onto Him with the newness of faith dawning in their hearts perpetually;
while at the same time others are falling away, all the day long.
As for me and my house, we will, let the glorious sunrise of
God's Light dawn in our lives, all the day long. Amen.
