Grant me deliverance from acts and deeds of the wicked who force
their wills upon the lives of others, oh Lord.
Prepare for me a place of peace and quiet that I may pray to Thee,
oh Lord, in secret, uninterrupted; that I may hear your still small
voice, oh God.
Jesus said, Woe unto you who live by the letter of the law and not
the spirit of the law, lawyers! for you have taken away the key of
knowledge; ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in
ye hindered.
Brethren, it is the spirit of the word (the true meaning) that gives
us life and not the letter of the word.
The true meaning of the law of Moses and the testimony of Jesus
Christ can be only revealed to us by God's Holy Spirit.
The word of God is far greater than the written word can express.
