Endeavor always to do the will of the Lord and not your own; and in
all things seek to glorify God and not yourself.
The honor that comes from men is a fleeting thing, here today, but
gone tomorrow; but the honor that comes from God is forever.
To do the will of the Lord is never easy and it always requires a
great deal of patience and long suffering.
The road that leads to glory in Heaven and honor from God is not a
paved highway; but is instead a rugged pathway that few men do travel;
a pathway that only can be negotiated with the greatest of effort and
difficulty requiring every whit of our strength and every bit of the
wisdom we can garner.
The greater the challenge the greater the reward. Amen.
